At The Pearlfect Shop, we take immense pride in the creation of our high-value, handcrafted pieces. Because each work is meticulously produced in limited quantities and involves unique materials that are difficult to restore to their original state, we operate under a Final Sale policy.

We invite you to review our terms below to ensure a transparent and seamless experience.

1. The Beauty of Natural Materials

Many of our pieces incorporate organic materials, such as pearls, gemstones, and precious minerals. By their very nature, these elements are individually unique. Please be advised that variations in shape, size, luster, and color are expected and celebrated as the "fingerprints" of nature.

Such natural characteristics are a testament to the authenticity of the materials and do not constitute a quality issue or a defect. By purchasing, you acknowledge and embrace the individual beauty of your specific piece.

2. Final Sale Commitment

To maintain the integrity of our artisanal process, all purchases of handcrafted items are considered Final Sale. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for "change of heart," aesthetic preference, or buyer’s remorse once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.

3. Promotional & Discounted Items

Please be advised that any item purchased at a discount, during a promotional event, or through the use of a coupon code is strictly Final Sale. These items are ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

4. 48-Hour Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our work. If you believe your item arrived with a structural defect (unrelated to natural material variance) or was damaged during transit, we offer a dedicated 48-hour inspection window:

Notification: You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier.

Process: Please include your order number and high-resolution photographs of the concern and the original packaging.

Resolution: For verified structural defects or transit-related damage, we will, at our discretion, provide a professional repair, a replacement of equal value, or refund to the original payment method.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging intact to be eligible for a claim.

5. Custom & Commissioned Orders

Custom orders are created specifically for you. As such, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work. Custom pieces are ineligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has commenced.

Special Provisions for EU & UK Customers

In accordance with EU and UK Consumer Rights, customers residing in these regions have different rights regarding "ready-to-ship" items:

Right of Withdrawal: For non-customized items, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return the item.

Custom/Bespoke Exception: Please note that items handcrafted to your specific instructions, personalized pieces, or commissioned works are strictly exempt from the Right of Withdrawal and remain Final Sale.

Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of insured return shipping to our New York Studio.

Naturals Materials: As stated in our general policy, natural variations in materials (such as pearls and gemstones) are characteristic of the item's organic nature and are not classified as defects under the EU legal guarantee.
